Another success in the German QS test!
Over the past 18 years, Phytocontrol has built up a solid reputation as Europe's leader in contaminant analysis. Its latest success in the German QS test attests to the laboratory's high level of expertise.
It also testifies to Phytocontrol's ongoing commitment to analytical quality, in line with the standards of the German Quality Standard, which covers all players in the agri-food production and distribution chain.
QS is one of the most important inspection systems for foodstuffs. A comprehensive certification covering every stage of the supply chain, including farming, processing, packaging and marketing.
This inter-laboratory test was carried out on the pepper matrix for pesticide analyses. It consists of detecting and quantifying several active ingredients in 48 hours "blind". Our participation in the QS standard guarantees you a high level of quality, since the success criteria are among the strictest:
- All molecules must be identified
- No false positives tolerated
- Quantifications must be between 70 and 120% of the doping level
Since 2014, Phytocontrol has held QS certification, offering comprehensive quality assurance for the laboratory's services, based on approved and verifiable production standards.
