The first FOOD RISK symposium will take place in Nîmes on 5 and 6 December 2019. Two days of interactive conferences, testimonies, round tables, perspectives and future action plans are on the agenda of this conference. Food safety and fraud will be at the heart of our concerns, encompassing the themes of origin, regulation, authenticity, traceability, digitisation, new opportunities...
Phytocontrol Group is proud to support this international project and unites opinion leaders in the field of food fraud in order to measure its risks and provide solutions.

The objective is to identify measures and strategies to address and meet current and future food security challenges and risks.
Information and online registration will be available from 1 September. Registration includes the 2 days of the conference, lunch and the gala evening on Thursday, December 5.
