With its analytical expertise in the service of water and food safety, Phytocontrol is finalising the deployment of new IT solutions to strengthen data security: analysis reports, traceability, LIMS, customer data, etc., all of which are sensitive information for which Phytocontrol has sought to maximise the guarantee of confidentiality, integrity and availability.
By selecting Netiwanas a local partner, , Phytocontrol has opted for secure hosting in one of the most modern state-of-the-art datacenters in France, whose design and engineering guarantee a high level of availability and performance.
This datacenter has benefited from an eco-responsible program since its creation in order to limit its impact on the environment, which contributes to the laboratory's ISO14001 approach throughout the information chain.
From analytical production to analysis reports and customer data, all sensitive data processed by Phytocontrol will be stored safely at the Neticenter in Nîmes while guaranteeing the best continuity of service. The transfer of this data will be finalised this summer and all the information will still be administered by Phytocontrol.
This major development will enable Phytocontrol to achieve ISO27001 certification by 2020, a standard that ensures good information security practices, while strengthening the laboratory's compliance with the new RGPD regulations.
