The BRC Global Standard for Food Safety recently published the 3rd edition of the gluten-free certification program.
This framework provides a framework for the management and control of gluten in gluten-free products on the matrices below:
- Processed foods
- Ingredients for catering companies, caterers and/or food manufacturers
- Pet food products
- Beauty products
- Natural Health Products
- Medicines
The objective of this program is to ensure a high level of consumer protection by preventing failures.
If a failure occurs, it allows risks and gaps to be identified and managed quickly.

Please note that your Phytocontrol laboratory is accredited for the detection and quantification of Gluten in many products.
