Regulation (EU) 2019/552 of 4 April 2019 amending Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 as regards maximum residue limits for azoxystrobin, bicyclopyrone, cyprodinil, difenoconazole, fenpropimorph, fenpyroximate, fluopyram, fosetyl, isoprothiolane, isopyrazam, oxamyl, prothioconazole, spinetoram, trifloxystrobin and triflumézopyrim present in or on certain products has just been published in the OJEU.
The Codex Alimentarius Commission has adopted new maximum residue limits (CXLs) for
azoxystrobin,
bicyclopyrone,
chlormequat,
cyprodinil,
difenoconazole,
fenpropimorph,
fenpyroximate,
fluopyram,
fosetyl,
isoprothiolane,
isopyrazam,
oxamyl,
prothioconazole,
spinetoram,
trifloxystrobin and
triflumézopyrim.
These CXLs have been included as MRLs in Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 except for MRLs lower than those already set and except for products not listed in Annex I to that Regulation.
MRLs have also been included in Annex III for bicyclopyrone and triflumézopyrim.This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 April 2019.For any technical, pricing or regulatory information, do not hesitate to contact us.
