The theme addressed, Food safety and analytical issues, will cover allergen management, food contamination from packaging, IFS and BRC standards, as well as analytical issues. Different testimonies : Allergen risk control in IAA : Carole CHRISTOPHE (Consultant QHSE - APSYS CompéTENCES) IFS/BRC standards: Damien BLARD (Director - IRIS CONTRÔLE) Focus on contaminants in food packaging -> phthalates, bisphenols and mosh moah : Fabien RIERA (Technical Coordinator - Phytocontrol Laboratory) Analysis of contaminants at the service of IAA : Eric CAPODANNO (Scientific Director - Phytocontrol Laboratory) Public: Actors in the agri-food sector, fresh and processed products and institutions A welcome buffet will be offered from 8:30 am, as well as a cocktail lunch at the end of the meeting.
