A successful technical morning!
On Friday 5 April 2024, in Lille, France, we held our first technical morning of the year on the theme of Food Safety.
Organised by the Phytocontrol Group, this meeting brought together around twenty participants from the food industry to discuss food safety.
The morning's presentations covered a wide range of subjects essential to guaranteeing food quality and safety. The speakers, all recognised experts in their fields, shared their know-how on quality control, regulations and innovative technologies.
Two weeks after the webinar on PFAS, which attracted more than 600 participants, this morning's event followed on from that with a more in-depth presentation of Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) and the regulations governing all contaminants present in foodstuffs and the environment. To this were added the subjects of Food Safety Culture and digital traceability in food products to meet the obligations of the Sanitary Control Plan.
This meeting encouraged informal exchanges between the professionals present, creating a genuine network for exchange and collaboration. The breaks provided an opportunity for participants to forge links, exchange ideas and explore new avenues of partnership.
The Phytocontrol Food Safety Morning was a resounding success, both in terms of the quality of the presentations and the commitment of the participants.
