What are the classifications of wine?
All the wines are classified in two specific categories :
- Wines with a geographical indication: the IG (wine with geographical indication). This category overlaps two sub-categories: AOC or AOP (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée or Appellation d'Origine Protégée) and IGP (Protected Geographical Indication).
- Wines that do not have a geographical indication: the SIG (wine without geographical indication). They are under the legislation of FranceAgriMer. They can then carry the notion of "Wine of France" or "Table wine".
Phytocontrol services
The international code of oenological practices (OIV) as well as European regulations set certain limits of contaminants in wine. Phytocontrol is able to search for most of these contaminants such as pesticides, metals, ochratoxin A, biogenic amines, phthalates and bisphenol A, allergens, ethyl carbamate as well as nutritional values.

- Training specific to the vineyard, good hygiene practices in the wine storehouse, HACCP method in the wine sector.
