Notice to Importers 2020 Dimethoate on Fresh Cherries

Following the publication of the Order of 8 April 2020 suspending the introduction into France of fresh cherries produced in a Member State of the European Union or a third country in which the use of dimethoate is authorised for the treatment of cherry trees, the notice listing the authorised countries was published on 20 May 2020.

Thus, the introduction into France of cherries from Argentina, Chile and Turkey is authorized. For Turkey the authorisation is only valid for fresh cherries, excluding sour cherries.

Importation from any other third country not mentioned above is prohibited.
