The analysis of pesticide residues in different products is extremely complex due to the highly varied chemical properties of the active substances and the interference provoked by the substrate of analysis.

The analytical investigation involves diverse protocols of extraction and injection as well as highly evolved detection systems such as tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS).
This technique is indispensable for guaranteeing the reliability of results of chromatography on all types of matrix.
