Publication of Regulation (EU) No. 420/2011

Regulation No 420/2011 amending Regulation (EU) 1881/2006 was published April 29, 2011. This regulation amends the annexe of regulation No 1881/2006 by providing clarification on the part of the crab to be analyzed in the context of heavy metals, PCBs and PAHs analysis and also harmonization of foodstuffs names inaccordance xith regulation No 396/2005.
Note also the addition of the following matrices: Seaweed, tuber vegetables, leafy brasssica and food supplements consisting of dried bivalve molluscs.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
