New Regulation No. 310/2011 of 28 March 2011

A new regulation amending Regulation (EC) 396/2005 was published March 28, 2011. This regulation (EU) No. 310/2011 of the European Commission amends Annexes II and III of Regulation 396/2005 as regards maximum residue levels for aldicarb, bromopropylate, chlorfenvinphos, endosulfan, EPTC, ethion, fenthion, fomesafen, methabenzthiazuron, methidation, simazine, of tetradifon and triforine in or on certain products.
 This Regulation amend the MRLs of the active substance mentioned above and so restrictive in the range of 0.01 to 0.1 mg / kg.
 Indeed, these changes follow the expiration of usage times of these substances, MRLs are lowered and are reduced to the level of the determination threshold.
 This Regulation shall enter into force 21 October 2011.
