New method of determination: OTA and Aflatoxins

In addition to your analysis of pesticides, the R & D department of PHYTOCONTROL is pleased to announce you the development of a new and innovative method for the determination of mycotoxins: Ochratoxin A and Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 on all types of plants with a specific extraction protocol and analysis by liquid chromatography high performance latest generation, to reach a limit of quantification of 0.1 µg/kg to answer the regulatory requirements on products intended for infant feeding.

Ochratoxin A is a mycotoxin produced mainly by fungi of the genera Aspergillus and Penicillium that grow mainly in the fields. It's carcinogenic, nephrotoxic, teratogenic and immunotoxic.
The European Regulation 1881/2006 sets maximum levels tolerated for this mycotoxin on the following matrices: Unprocessed cereals and derived products, Raisins, Roasted coffee beans and ground coffee, instant coffee, wine, grape juice, spices, liquorice and preparations cereals and baby food.
Regulation 2006/576 fixes levels to be observed for the raw materials used in the composition of animal feed.

Aflatoxins are mycotoxins produced by fungi of the genus Aspergillus. They have genotoxic and carcinogenic.
The European Regulation 165/2010 amending Regulation 1881/2006 sets maximum levels tolerated on aflatoxin B1 and the sum of aflatoxins (B1 + B2 + G1 + G2) on the following matrices: Peanuts and oil seeds, almonds, pistachios and Apricot, Hazelnuts and Brazil nuts, nuts, dried fruits, all grains and their products, corn and rice, spices and Preparations of cereals for infant feeding.
The European Regulation 2003/100 amending Regulation 2002/32 sets maximum levels for raw materials used in the composition of animal feed.

This new method ultra-fast and effective of quantification of aflatoxins and ochratoxines, gives you like your analysis of pesticides, your results in just days, with a new in the field particularly competitive.

And so you are assured of the highest reliability and accuracy of the method, an accreditation cofrac will soon be requested.
